Nothing much to report today.
We did some housework around the tent this morning before going to man the main gate of the event this afternoon. We were only supposed to be on the gate for 4 hours however our relief never showed and after 5 hours we were told to just leave the gate unmanned.
Since we had such a long stint on the gate we couldn't really do much today so we went into town and did a load of washing and shop grocery shopping.
Tonight we had an interesting session with Julie Fletcher an outback photographer who showed us tips on shooting Astro Shots.
Afterwards was my favourite event for the night we had Rex from the Reptile Centre come see us with some native lizards and snakes, that was a load of fun.
Tomorrow we are doing a trip to the East McDonnell Ranges with some other Canberran Cachers to grab a couple of caches and see some of the sights.
